Michelle is responsive, has great communication and gives an honest evaluation of projects! We are very thankful for her help with our stairs! We decided to have new LVP installed o our floor along with old carpet and laminate flooring removed. Michelle responded quickly to my initial inquiry setting up a date to come over to look at my floor and give a quote. She was thorough, professional, asked pertinent questions, and was very kind (especially considering my lack of knowledge). We set up a date for the demo and install, and it went flawlessly. The team are machines! I met the team and I wasn't even on the second step and I saw them starting to tear up the carpet! From then on it just kept going. They finished the demo and install all in one day, granted a long day but still. Now I'm thrilled to walk on this floor, it brings a smile to me and my family's face almost every day.
